Marc is an executive coach, life coach, consultant, speaker, and corporate facilitator who launched P7 Coaching & Consulting in January 2025 after more than a decade of informal coaching. Before starting his business, he held leadership positions in both corporate and non-profit sectors. For 30 years, Marc worked in the Electronic Security industry, serving in roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing, territory manager, and executive consultant across the southern U.S. He then spent the next decade in non-profit leadership, overseeing staff and volunteer operations as well as Rebuild & Recovery projects in U.S. disaster zones for an Evangelical Christian international relief organization. His work included responses to hurricanes Harvey, Laura, Delta, and Ian, as well as a Mississippi tornado, managing the restoration and rebuilding of storm-damaged homes. Marc also served four years on the Jackson Parish Ward 4 Fire Department Board and has volunteered with the Fire Department for the past decade. Additionally, he previously dedicated 15 years to volunteering with the United Methodist Church, taking on leadership roles and joining mission trips abroad.
